The CuraFeed application, including but not limited to its source code, user interface design, graphics, icons, logos, animations, documentation, APIs, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of CuraFeed and is protected by international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property legislation.
2. Trademarks
"CuraFeed," the CuraFeed logo, and the CuraFeed brand identity are trademarks of CuraFeed. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the App belong to their respective owners.
3. Third-Party Content
CuraFeed is a content curation platform. We aggregate and display publicly available content from third-party sources via RSS feeds. It is important to understand:
- Original Content Ownership: All original content (podcasts, articles, newsletters, videos) accessible through CuraFeed remains the intellectual property of its respective creators and publishers. CuraFeed does not claim ownership of third-party content.
- RSS Feed Aggregation: CuraFeed accesses content through publicly published RSS feeds, which are explicitly designed by publishers for syndication and redistribution.
- AI-Processed Derivatives:Transcripts, summaries, and translations generated by CuraFeed's AI processing are derivative works created for informational and accessibility purposes. These derivatives supplement — but do not replace — the original content.
4. User Contributions
When you use CuraFeed to curate content, you do not transfer any intellectual property rights to us. However, by submitting RSS feed URLs and performing curation actions, you grant CuraFeed a non-exclusive license to display, process, and distribute the metadata and AI-processed derivatives of the curated content within the App's ecosystem.
5. Open-Source Components
CuraFeed may incorporate open-source software components. Each open-source component is subject to its own license terms. A list of open-source components and their respective licenses is available upon request. Our use of open-source software does not affect your rights under this copyright notice or the EULA.
6. Fair Use & Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the App as intended for personal content curation and consumption
- Share links to CuraFeed or curated content through the App's sharing features
- Reference CuraFeed in reviews, commentary, or journalism (fair use)
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish the App or its proprietary components
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App by automated means
- Use CuraFeed's brand assets, logos, or screenshots for commercial purposes without written permission
- Claim ownership of AI-generated content produced by CuraFeed's processing systems
7. DMCA & Copyright Infringement
CuraFeed respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content accessible through CuraFeed infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Identification of the specific content within CuraFeed that you claim is infringing, including the feed URL or item identifier
- Your contact information (name, email address, and, if applicable, physical address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content from the platform or disabling access to the relevant feed.
8. Blockchain Considerations
Certain data associated with content curation activities — including transaction records, content identifiers, and reward distributions — may be recorded on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. This does not affect the underlying copyright ownership of any content.
