End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CuraFeed ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the CuraFeed mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licenseto download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes as intended by the App's functionality.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to interact with the App in a manner not intended by its design
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its associated servers, networks, or blockchain infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, or any systems connected to the App

4. Solana Blockchain & Digital Assets

4.1 Wallet Responsibility

CuraFeed integrates with Solana-compatible wallets for authentication and transactions. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including your private keys and seed phrases. We do not store, access, or manage your private keys. Loss of your wallet credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

4.2 Transaction Finality

All transactions on the Solana blockchain — including content unlock payments, curator reward distributions, and lottery pool contributions — are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. We cannot refund, reverse, or modify completed blockchain transactions.

4.3 Fee Structure

The App involves on-chain fee payments for content unlocks. Fee structures (base price, curator reward share, lottery pool contribution, platform fee) are transparently defined in the App. You acknowledge and agree to the applicable fees before initiating any transaction.

4.4 No Financial Advice

CuraFeed is a content curation platform, not a financial service. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Earnings from curation rewards or lottery pools may be subject to tax obligations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws.

5. Content & AI Processing

5.1 User-Curated Content

CuraFeed aggregates publicly available content (podcasts, articles, newsletters) via RSS feeds. The App does not host or create the original content. Users curate and unlock AI processing for specific feed items.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-processed outputs — including transcripts, summaries, and translations — are generated by automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI outputs as authoritative sources.

5.3 Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they curate and share through the platform. You agree not to use the App to curate, unlock, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, algorithms, and all associated documentation, is owned by CuraFeed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not warrant or guarantee the performance, reliability, or availability of the Solana blockchain, third-party wallets, or any external services integrated with the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CURAFEED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

10. Updates & Modifications

We may update the App and this EULA from time to time. Updated versions of the App may include new features, bug fixes, or changes to functionality. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms. We may require you to update to the latest version to continue using the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
